Law firm in Glendale has an immediate need for an entry-level Legal Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. This role requires a highly organized and tech-savvy individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently and contribute to the smooth operation of a busy legal office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort, scan, and organize paper mail in the database with strong technical skills.
  • Route documents to the appropriate attorney teams for efficient workflow.
  • Open and maintain new matters to keep records up-to-date.
  • Manage resource mailboxes and process certified mail with attention to detail.
  • Prepare trial notebooks and create/update tracking spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with records services to ensure accurate, accessible documentation.
  • Assist with covering the reception desk during breaks and lunches.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • College graduate with strong computer skills and interest in the legal field a plus.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to ask for help when needed.

Additional Information:

  • The position requires a commitment to a full onsite schedule in Glendale, CA, working 8-hour days, Monday through Friday.
